Requests from Individuals:Individuals seeking assistance must submit a written request describing the nature and purpose of the need, the amount requested, and any supporting documentation (such as proof of enrollment, medical or financial hardship, or recommendation from a community organization). Awards are made based on demonstrated need and alignment with the foundations charitable purpose.
