APPLICATION FORM FOR CATHOLIC ELEMENTARY AND HIGH SCHOOLS - GRANTS FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES SUCH AS TEXTBOOKS, AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT, RELIGIOUS EDUCATION MATERIAL, TUITION ASSISTANCE, COMPUTERS, SOFTWARE, CLASSROOM FURNITURE, AS WELL AS SPECIFIC DATA ABOUT THE SCHOOL.

Deadlines: QUARTERLY DEADLINES FOR APPLICATION SUBMISSIONS.

Restrictions: A DIFFERENT APPLICATION FORM IS REQUIRED FROM OTHER APPLICANTS REQUESTING A COMPREHENSIVE DESCRIPTION OF THE NEED AND SPECIFIC DATA OF THE APPLICANTS ORGANIZATION. SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA AND CATHOLIC CHARITIES ARE FAVORED.
