We advocate for mental health as a fundamental right and strive to empower individuals in need to seek help and achieve recovery. By focusing on care coordination and peer support services, we aim to help our clients identify and overcome the gaps in care that often arise ? from small administrative hurdles to more significant challenges that can derail progress. The Justice Well Program is designed to remove barriers, so individuals can direct their energy toward maintaining adequate housing, staying law-abiding, engaging fully in their recovery, and achieving meaningful employment. We understand that each person?s recovery journey is unique, and sometimes it takes only a small, timely intervention to prevent a setback that might seem otherwise insurmountable. Our approach is to walk alongside our clients, providing them with the support & resources they need to continue moving forward under their own power. Deadlines: We support participants from the moment of arrest through post-conviction or release

Restrictions: Admission Criteria We welcome adult clients, both male and female, who are struggling with substance use disorder and concurrent mental health issues. Additionally, participants must: Be involved with the justice system Fall within 200% of the federal poverty guideline
