Required packet2025 Scholarship Application":1.Completed application form, signed and dated2.500-word personal statement describing educational goals and community impact3.Official school transcript(sealed)4.One current letter of recommendation from a teacher,counselor,or mentor5.Proof of disability or documentation of at-risk status or tribal enrollment verification6.Completed Financial-Need Worksheet with supporting documents(e.g.,FAFSA Student Aid Report)

Deadlines: April30,2025 package must be postmarked or submitted

Restrictions: Applicant must be a disabled,at-risk,and/or NativeAmerican youth residing in OrangeCounty,CaliforniaMust enroll full-time in an accredited secondary or post-secondary program for the 2025-26 academic yearOne non-renewable $10,000 award per recipient;maximum of seven awards total for fiscal year ending 6-30-2025Funds are disbursed directly to the educational institution for tuition,fees, books,or required supplies;no cash paid to studentsEmployees,officers,directors,and their immediate family members are eligible only if the related director substains voting right
