How to apply

This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

No form is needed. Applicants should be foster parents or kinship caregivers and should bring proof of guardianship or placement of children in their home.

Restrictions: We serve individuals who are active foster parents or kinship caregivers in western KY and western TN. We give out clothing and supplies for the use of children in foster care or guardianship with a related or unrelated caregiver.
