Application form available from DAR or UW Letter stating the importance of obtaining the scholarship, including future goals, biographical sketch and activities 2 letters of recommendation and official transcripts.

Deadlines: March 15th of each year

Restrictions: Applicants must be female medical students from the State of Washington who are attending or desire to attend the University of Washington School of Medicine, and express a sincere desire to specialize in obstetrics and/or gynecology.
