Restrictions: SCHOLARSHIPS ARE OPEN TO PRESENT AND FORMER STUDENTS OF THE OCOSTA SCHOOL DISTRICT. INTERESTED STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE AN APPLICATION. AN INDEPENDENT COMMITTEE AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS BASED ON EACH APPLICANT'S ACADEMIC RECORD, COMMUNITY SERVICE, AND/OR FINANCIAL NEED.
