The school's admissions office alerts the foundation of candidates in need, and submits confirmation that the student is actively enrolled. The foundation presents the candidates before the board for a vote of approval.

Restrictions: Each candidate is reviewed and approved by the board based on 2 critieria. 1. The candidate has lost a parent 2. The candidiate is in need of tuition assistance
