How to apply

This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

Applicants must complete the Student Grant Application Form available on the organizations website. Applications must include: 1 a completed application form 2 a statement of financial need 3 proof of enrollment or acceptance at an accredited educational institution and 4 one letter of recommendation.

Deadlines: Applications are accepted annually; deadline differs each year.

Restrictions: Awards are limited to students residing in Arizona who demonstrate financial need. Grants must be used exclusively for educational purposes such as tuition books and required educational materials. Awards are not transferable and may not be used for unrelated personal expenses.
