How to apply

This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

Scholarship applications should be submitted in physical form or electronically to the Scholarship Committee. The application must include a completed an signed copy of the Low-Income Affidavit in Support of Scholarship and any other evidence of need that the applicant would like to be considered.

Restrictions: Recipients must be a youth player with the soccer club and a member in good standing with the soccer club.
