Deadlines: rolling basis

Restrictions: Attend currently or be accepted to attend for the following academic year a career certification program 2- or 4-year college or university technical college or other program as determined by the Organizations Board of Directors. Must be a full-time student in good-standing Must be at least 14 years old Must not be directly related to any member of the Board of Directors. It is not necessary to be a United States citizen to apply.
