How to apply

This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

The grant request should be on the organizations letterhead and signed by an officer of the organization or a member of the board of directors. The letter should contain the following: specific information related to the use of the grant, a copy of the organizations charter and by-laws, and a copy of the organizations exemption letter from the IRS and most recent financial statements.

Restrictions: Applications Accepted from 501(c)(3) organizations only.
