Restrictions: THE RECIPIENT MUST BE A SENIOR STUDENT OF ST. MARYS AREA HIGH SCHOOL IN ST. MARYS PA WHO IS ENROLLED OR PLANS TO ENROLL IN A 4-YEAR ACCREDITED COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY FOR THE FOLLOWING SEPTEMBER.
