Restrictions: NO RESTRICTIONS EXCEPT IN THE CASE WHERE THE ARTIST DOES NOT COMPLETE THE FULL RESIDENCY. SHOULD THAT OCCUR, THE STIPEND WOULD BE PRORATED. ADDITIONALLY, STARTING IN 2023, THERE IS AN APPLICATION FEE OF $25.
