A paper or PDF copy of a "Questionnaire to Request Aid" must by completed that describes (a) the assistance needed, (b) case information (when the individual requesting aid is claiming to be wrongfully accused or convicted), and (c) evidence of financial need.

Restrictions: Only U.S. individuals needing aid after wrongful accusation/conviction or law enforcement agencies needing aid to purchase body cameras.
