Deadlines: APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED AT ANY TIME.

Restrictions: AWARDS WILL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION, AND TO PROMOTE THE ART AND LEGACY OF AMERICAN ARTIST AND EDUCATOR MEL RAMOS.
