Applications are to be submitted via email with the following information: NEW APPLICANTS - Complete application including educational information, transcript, awards received, community service/work hours, high school acitivities, scholarship or grants awarded and fidelitone employee information - Student essay RENEWAL APPLICANT - 1st semester grades - Student Essay

Deadlines: May 12

Restrictions: To be eligible for a FIDELITONE Gives Back Scholarship: - Employee must have worked at FIDELITONE, successfully and full-time, for a minimum of two years. - Scholarship applicant student must have completed, or will complete in current academic year their senior year of high school. - Scholarship applicant student must clearly establish their need for financial assistance. - Scholarship applicant student must be outstanding in character, integrity and leadership. - Scholarship applicant student must be planning to attend an accredited educational institution.
