For new grants or scholarships, a formal letter indicating the purpose of the grant or scholarship, the amount of funds requested, how it relates to education or learning activities, the period of time the grant scholarship is needed and the expected benefits/results that can be expected by the receipt of these funds.For ongoing or a continuation of existing/previous grants or scholarships the board of directors may elect to grant funds to the existing organization to support their non-profit activities.

Restrictions: Awards are intended for the assistance and advancement of organizations and individuals in the are of educational programs, private schools and educational studies.
