How to apply

This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

Applications are provided as requested. Requests may be made in writing or verbally, via mail, telephone or in person. Initial applications request the following information:Name, address, telephone number, date, amount and purpose of request, purpose and activities of applicant, project description, proposed budget and financial information for the request, PORTION OF ANNUAL BUDGET USED IN organization's fund raising, copy of 501(c)(3) exemption letter from the Internal Revenue Service AND THE ORGANIZATIONS CONTACT PERSONS NAME, SIGNATURE AND TITLE.NO ADDITIONAL APPLICATIONS ARE REQUIRED AFTER THE INITIAL APPLICATION.

Deadlines: DEADLINE IS USUALLY IN APRIL.
