How to apply

This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

A grant request from an organization should be submitted in the following manner:1. The request for the grant should be prepared on the organization's letterhead and signed by a member of the board of directors or an officer of the organization.2. The request should contain the following information: i. Specific information related to the desired use of the grant, ii. A copy of the organization's charter and by-laws, iii. A copy of the organization's exemption letter from the Internal Revenue Service, and iv. A copy of the organization's most recent financial statements.

Restrictions: Applications accepted from 501(c)(3) organizations only
