Restrictions: THE RECIPIENT MUST BE A GRADUATING SENIOR WITH PLANS TO ATTEND A COLLEGE OR TRADE SCHOOL AND MUST BE A RESIDENT OF SARGENT, TX, OR CEDAR LANE, TX.
