This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

Any form. The organization makes grants only to charitable organizations qualified as tax-exempt under I.R.C Section 501c3.

Restrictions: At least 80% of the organizations annual qualified charitable distributions shall benefit the residents of the state of Montana.
