This foundation reports that it only funds pre-selected organizations and does not accept unsolicited applications.

Applications are submitted in writing by Future Farmers of America and 4H Group students, directors, etc. Information supplied includes: Grade Point average, present and future farming intentions. Most applications are forwarded to the Garrett Scholarship Fund by the Healdsburg Future Farmers Fair Board (prior to it's annual fair held at The end of May)
