How to apply

This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

Applications should be submitted in writing; should identify the applicant; should affirm that the applicant is an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; should give the organization's tax exempt number; should state the purpose for which the gift will be used, the prior experience of the applicant in carrying out such purpose, the applicant's plan for, and personnel to be used in carrying out such purpose; and should have attached a financial statement of the applicant for the current and the preceding two years.

Deadlines: Applications are received from time to time and considered when funds are available.

Restrictions: Donations and grants are restricted to religious or charitable or educational purposes and to donees within the restriction of IRC Section 501(c)(3).
