This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

Each applicant must submit a completed application along with a college letter of acceptance, a school transcript and a brief essay.

Deadlines: Applications must be submitted before or shortly after each semester begins.

Restrictions: Grants cannot exceed $10,000 per semester for each student/applicant.
