APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT THE APPLICATION, A COLLEGE TRANSCRIPT, A LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION, AND A LETTER WRITTEN BY THE APPLICANT STATING NEEDS, GOALS AND HOW THE FUNDS WILL BE USED.

Restrictions: DEGREE FIELD IS LIMITED TO MANUFACTURING OR ENGINEERING.
