Restrictions: Loans and scholarships are for studies in ministry, medicine, professional nursing, and medical technology. Applicants must also meet the following requirements: 1. Be a bona-fide resident of Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, or Walton County, Florida. 2. Have a good moral character and have qualified scholastically and intellectually for their desired education. 3. Accepted by or successfully pursuing training at an accredited school in the appropriate field of study.
