How to apply

This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

A Student Application Guide is provided to prospective candidates to complete in order to be considered for a scholarship award. Applicants must provide Academic Information such as Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) scores and current Grade Point Average (GPA); financial information such as most recent IRS Form 1040, household taxable and nontaxable income, medical/dental expenses, cash assets, stocks, bonds, checking,and savings account balances, and total number of exemptions claimed on income tax return. All applications containing personal information are safeguarded from unauthorized access.

Deadlines: The Scholarship deadline is March 13

Restrictions: Applicants must not be related to any member of the Scholarship Committee and information provided must be true and accurate.
