A LETTER STATING TAX EXEMPT STATUS, AMOUNT REQUEST AND DETAILED EXPLANATION.

Deadlines: NO DEADLINES, BUT REQUESTS SHOULD BE MADE BEFORE DECEMBER OF EACH YEAR.

Restrictions: DONEE MUST BE A TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATION. MOST FUNDS ARE GIVEN TO TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE CAHRLOTTE AND NC AREAS.
