WRITTEN REQUESTS

Deadlines: JANUARY 1 - MARCH 31 AND JULY 1 - SEPTEMBER 30

Restrictions: The Foundation makes distributions semiannually to qualifying organizations described above; however Foundation's Board of Directors reserves the right to make additional distributions as appropriate to accomplish the mission of the Foundation. The Foundation makes grants to organizations that qualify under Section 50l(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.Review of ProposalsGrant proposals are evaluated on the basis of a demonstrated need for the project; clearly stated objectives and a well-developed plan for achieving them; evidence of the organization's ability to manage, fund, and sustain the project; and appropriateness to the Foundation's interest.Proposals should be submitted between January 1 and March 31 for the grants to be awarded in June.
