Scholarship applications are available from the medical staff office of Franklin Square Hospital. Scholarships will be awarded based on past academic performance, financial need and service to the community.

Deadlines: April 16 of each year

Restrictions: The scholarship fund grants annual scholarships to graduating high school students who are children of the non-medical staff of Franklin Square Hospital. The awards are to be used for payment of tuition and fees and the recipients must be full time students at accredited educational institutions.
