THE SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE SHALL REQUEST APPLICANTS FROM THE APPROPRIATE ADMINISTRATORS OR COUNSELORS OF MORGAN COUNTY HIGH SCHOOLS FOR THE PURPOSES OF AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS BASED UPON THE COMBINATION OF FINANCIAL NEED, THE STUDENT'S EXPECTATION OF SUCCESS IN COLLEGE, AND THE STUDENT'S ABILITY TO WORK WITH AND GET ALONG WITH PEOPLE IN GENERAL.

Restrictions: AWARDS LIMITED TO GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS FROM MORGAN COUNTY.
