Restrictions: THE SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS MUST BE GRADUATES OF EITHER THE LITCHFIELD OR ATWATER-COSMOS-GROVE CITY SCHOOL DISTRICTS TO BE USED FOR TUITION AND BOOKS AT A POST SECONDARY INSTITUTION IN THE UNITED STATES.
