Return application for scholarship on the forms prescribed by the Trust.

Restrictions: Scholarships are available to graduating HS students from Fountain, Tippecanoe, Warren, Vermillion, Parke & Montgomery Counties, IN & Vermilion Co., IL & additional counties, if necessary, giving preference to candidates resident in Fountain Co., IN, whose grandparent and/or parent is now or has served on active duty in the Armed Forces of the US & were either honorably discharged or are in good standing.
