This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

The application should be submitted on "The Beltran David Heritage Foundation Scholarship Application Form or on blank paper to include the following:1. Name, Address, Social Security Number, Phone and contact information, College or University enrollment information, grade point average, annual household income, school activities, clubs, and organizations, anticipated major, career goals, and employment information if applicable. Attached to the application should be official transcripts, two letters of recommendation (one from the school principal), written statement explaining financial need.

Deadlines: Two months prior to semester starting date

Restrictions: USA annual Grant limited to $5,000 plus books and materials of $2,500, for a combined total of $7,500.
