How to apply

This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

The applicant must complete a formal application. The application requires the applicant's name, Social Security number, and address of the applicant, parent's names and occupations, number of siblings, name of high school, date of graduation, and ranking of applicant in 7th semester, class size, school/church/community activites, name of college and credits earned if any, current resources and value, list of other scholarships received, parents' ability to pay for educational expenses and how much, future plans & goals, and most recent transcripts for high school or college.

Deadlines: April 1st of each year.

Restrictions: High school graduates of Williams, Divide, and McKenzie counties in North Dakota.
