How to apply

This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

In addition to the scholarship application, the following information should be included: 1) name of college or university with a copy of letter of admission or proof of current enrollment 2) Ecclesiastical endorsement from the applicant's bishop or branch president

Deadlines: On or before December 31 annually

Restrictions: The candidate must be a female planning to attend an accredited four year college, a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints living in a ward or branch with a meetinghouse in Putnam County, Tennessee, or an adjoining county, recommended by her bishop or branch president and accepted by an accredited university in Tennessee or a university or college sponsored and approved by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
