How to apply

This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

All application must be in writing and must include the following information and materials:1. Applicant's name, address and telephone number.2. Name, address, and telephone number of the school you are attending.3. A copy of transcript from your school.4. Field of study.5. Expected graduation date.6. Evidence of your income (copy of W-2 form and tax returns for prior year) or if you are under 18 years old (copies of your parent's W-2 forms and tax returns for the prior year).6. Grade Point Average.

Deadlines: March 31

Restrictions: Awards are restricted to state of Alabama residents who are considered indigent, as defined by the most recently available federal guidelines.
