This foundation reports that it accepts applications.
The Intermediary Relending Program (IRP) requires the applicant to complete and submit the application. Then meet with the N.W. Development Corporation representative. Upon acceptance, and independent firm will complete and evaluate the loan. See attached document for more detail.
Restrictions: IRP share of loan cannot exceed $150,000 or 75% of the total cost of the project. See attached document for more detail.
