Transcript of grades, documentation proving financial need, confirmation that parents did not receive post-secondary education due to lack of financial resources.

Restrictions: The recipient must maintain a cumulative 2.8 grade point average out of a possible 4.0 or its equivalent while attending an eligible institution.
