How to apply

This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

Grant application form is provided by The Pink Shamrock to 501(c)(3) organizations upon request. Application must include the mission statement of the organization, the amount of the grant request, the project name, description and budget and a copy of the IRS tax-exempt certification and financial statements.

Deadlines: October 1

Restrictions: Grant requests for projects in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana are accepted. The organization must support under-served women with breast cancer. Grants are not provided for screening, diagnosis or treatment.
