Scholarship assistance application forms are available at the Arthur and Atwood-Hammond High School offices. Application forms require two letters of recommendation, a small photograph, and a personal statement by the student

Deadlines: Applications are due by April 11th of each year

Restrictions: Eligible recipients or their parents must reside in the Arthur or Atwood-Hammon school districts of Illinois. There are no other restrictions or limitations on who may apply. The maximum value of each scholarship is about $600
