This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

Application should be submitted in writing, to include the name of the grantee and a brief description of the purpose.

Restrictions: It is anticipated that grantees will be organizations that are exempt from tax under IRC 501(c)(3) and described in 509(a)(1).
