Restrictions: APPLICANT OR PARENTS MUST BE MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING OF THE GRUNDY COUNTY FARM BUREAU. APPLICANT MUST BE ACCEPTED FOR ENROLLMENT OR ENROLLED AT AN ACCREDITED COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY, OR COMMUNITY COLLEGE. APPLICANT MUST BE A FULL-TIME STUDENT.
