Restrictions: SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE ONE-TIME GRANTS TO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WHO WILL CONTINUE THEIR EDUCATION FOLLOWING HIGH SCHOOL, WITH RENEWAL NOT BEING AN OPTION.
