How to apply

This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

SIA Foundation Grant Application Form required plus copy of IRS Determination letter for exempt status. Included should be a description of the capital project who will benefit from the project and the amount of the request.

Deadlines: 3 31

Restrictions: Grant requests must be for $1,000 or more with a maximum request amount of $15,000. Funding must be used for the capital investments in facilities equipment or real estate non-operating expenses. Applying organizations must be either: 1 tax exempt under the Internal Revenue Code section 501c with a chapter office in Indiana 2 an education institution located in Indiana or 3 an Indiana governmental or quasi-governmental entity. Organizations must be financially sound.
