How to apply

This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

Applications should be sent via postal mail. The application should include the purpose of the organization how the funds will used and the amount being requested. The entity must be a 501c3 and must be located in St. Joseph Elkhart Laporte or Stark counties in Indiana. It is a requirement that the funds be utilized in the counties as outlined above.

Restrictions: Only 501c3 organizations located in St. Joseph Elkhart Laporte and Stark counties in Indiana will be considered. All requests are considered on a case by case basis.
