Restrictions: Charities will be evaluated on their performance and discipline in measuring the results and outcomes of their programs. Some of the types of services that the Foundation will look to support are the following: -Basic Human Needs - such as family safety, food services, homeless shelters and housing -Educational Opportunities - such as early childhood education, literacy, after school programs, job/skills training -Health - such as health clinics, substance abuse treatment, childhood health and well being
