Restrictions: SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AWARDED ON A PER HOUSEHOLD BASIS. IF THERE IS MORE THAN ONE RECIPIENT FROM A FAMILY, THE AMOUNT WILL BE SPLIT EVENLY AMONGST THE RECIPIENTS.
