EACH FOREIGN APPLICANT MUST ALSO PASS THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY OFAC INQUIRY. VEGFUND DOES NOT FUND EITHER ORGANIZATIONS NOR INDIVIDUALS RESIDING IN COUNTRIES LISTED AS A POTENTIAL TERRORIST THREAT.
